TIES partners with environmental NGO's, travel associations, conservation groups and other organizations that share our commitment to responsible travel and sustainable development worldwide in various ways. Providing the vital links between governments, NGOs, businesses and citizens, local, national and regional ecotourism associations are a crucial part of our efforts to further TIES mission. We offer complimentary Organization membership to non-profit, non-governmental and multi-stakeholder associations with primary focus on ecotourism and sustainable travel.
Our partnerships with these organizations have helped strengthen our projects and enhance our outreach efforts. We are proud to collaborate with our partners to promote and increase awareness among stakeholders.
Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) is a global initiative dedicated to promoting sustainable tourism practices around the world. Momentum around this movement is growing. The GSTC is currently active in all UNWTO regions, including Africa, The Americas, East Asia and the Pacific, South Asia, Europe and Middle East.
Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) is dedicated to raising the profile of Adventure Travel in the world travel market and provides valuable services, knowledge and connections that will help Members succeed in their businesses, thereby contributing to industry-wide growth.
International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) helps the world find pragmatic solutions to our most pressing environment and development challenges through scientific research and policy development.
Rainforest Alliance works to conserve biodiversity and ensure sustainable livelihoods by transforming land-use practices, business practices and consumer behavior.
TrainingAid offers a wide selection of tourism online courses for travel and hospitality professionals. We are supporting skills training for tourism professionals from around the world - from entrepreneurs to community leaders, development experts to career seekers.
