    Highlands is a living sanctuary set amid the cool highlands of volcanic Sulawesi, Indonesia, inviting visitors to enjoy a unique, transformative, and reinvigorating stay, and to experience the magic of Malino. The hills seemingly stretch out in every direction, bordered by shadowy mountains that loom against the sky.

    Sustainability Practices

    Kengo Kuma, a master at Work. Framing nature with a deft hand through structures that both accentuate and blend into their surroundings. Renowned world wide as an architect and Master Planner, an adept who embraces light and wood as his tools together with modern building techniques, Kuma has created a masterpieces for Malino of profound simplicity and beauty.

     

    ORGANIC “Organic” is an essential philosophy for our zentire design. This aims to establish harmonious relationship between architecture and nature. It does not only refer to a “form” but more about the “relationship” that gradually connects architecture and nature.

     

    HEALING Nature has “Healing” power. The Architecture supporting to create a spiritual environment. A spiritual environment merged with the nature.

     

    MATERIALITY "Materiality" is an important factor in the project. Designing whole project with organic materials aims to harmonize with nature and create warm friendly atmosphere to guests.
