About the Program

TIES Association Network Program aims to strengthen collaboration among industry associations and to contribute to knowledge-building opportunities in the tourism industry worldwide.

Partner Benefits

Association Partners receive complementary Organization membership and can take advantage of TIES' member-only opportunities such as: special discounts to attend the ESTC, promotional platforms to spread the word about best practices and ecotourism stories, and access to TIES-EXCHANGE (TIES member network).

Spotlight on Destinations

Association Partners, working with TIES team, can update and customize information (photos, articles, videos) on their destination, to highlight ecotourism opportunities and travel tips in the ecoDestinations section. This is one of many platforms that TIES Association Partners can access to increase visibility and raise awareness.

How It Works

The TIES Association Network Program focuses on sharing opportunities and strengthening knowledge.

Collaboration on Market Research

TIES annual "state of the industry" survey gathers information on current market trends and developments to offer key insights into the size, growth and future of the ecotourism and sustainable tourism segments. Collaborating on TIES market research is a concrete example of how Association Partners can contribute to important global knowledge-building initiatives.

Exchanging Ideas and Solutions

Association Partners are encouraged to share their project news and member stories through TIES' global network, utilize TIES' extensive social media outreach to promote their destinations, connect with each other to exchange ideas, opportunities and solutions through TIES-EXCHANGE, and play an active role in shaping the future of our industry.
